APPLICATIONS – PEDESTRIAN PAVEMENTS

Fully porous HydroSTON 50 Block pavers (200 x 100 x 50mm) are very suitable for pedestrian only pavements, such as public and private footpaths, as well as landscaped nature strips, tree surrounds, internal and external footpaths of apartment developments.
HydroSTON 50 Flags (300 x 300 x 50mm) are particularly suitable for patios, courtyards and plazas, and can be effectively blended with HydroSTON 50 Block pavers.
HydroSTON 80 pavers should be used if pavements are likely to be subject to any kind of vehicle loading as may occur from time to time due to kerb mounting, unauthorised parkings, and required access by maintenance vehicles, garbage trucks, and fire engines. Depending on traffic frequency and loading, HydroSTON 80 may need to be installed with joints.
